October sales exceed historical average

VANCOUVER, BC – November 2, 2017 – Metro Vancouver home sales exceeded typical historical levels in October with the majority concentrated in the townhouse and apartment markets. VANCOUVER, BC – September 5, 2017 – Competition for condominiums and townhomes pushed Metro Vancouver* home sales above typical levels in August.
