Brendan worked on the sale of my mother’s home with great skill and conviction. When I was ready to buy my first home in Cranbrook B.C. he took the time out of his busy schedule to take a 10 hour drive there and back to make sure I was making the right decision for me and my family. Brendan found things in the land title that would have been not in my best interest. I was amazed at his knowledge of the stipulations.
